FLYVOLT Inc. ("FLYVOLT", "we", "us") is incorporated in Quebec, Canada. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in compliance with Quebec Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector) and applicable Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- Contact and identification information — name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number — collected when you submit an RFQ, contact form, or newsletter sign-up.
- Technical information — battery requirements, application details, platform specifications — provided by you in the course of a quotation or engineering engagement.
- Website usage data — page views, referrer, browser type — collected via server logs and, where consented, analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to quotation requests, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and, where you have given consent, to send product and regulatory updates. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your rights
