Engineered
Pack architecture, BMS integration and form factor matched to your UAV platform — not the other way around. We start from your mission profile and work backwards into a specification you can sign off.
LiFePO₄ and NMC packs engineered to Transport Canada standards — precise voltage, verified chemistry, ready to integrate.
FLYVOLT is a Quebec-based UAV battery systems company. We engineer pack specifications, qualify international manufacturers, and apply Canadian-side quality control on every shipment.
Procurement teams get the cost structure of an international supply chain and the accountability of a single Canadian counterparty — with the full documentation set that safety, logistics and audit teams require.
One Canadian invoice. One warranty owner. One escalation path.
Why FLYVOLT
Direct relationships with Tier-1 cell manufacturers. Full lot traceability and CoAs on every shipment.
IEC 62619 and UN38.3 testing on every pack. Incoming inspection at our Montreal facility.
High C-rate discharge, wide operating temperature, and connector configs matched to your airframe.
Transport Canada SFOC-ready documentation. We know the audit trail your program needs.
Tested. Certified. Canadian.
What we do
Four disciplines. One accountable counterparty. We don't resell cells — we deliver engineered, documented, dangerous-goods-ready energy systems.
/ 01
Pack architecture, BMS integration and form factor matched to your UAV platform — not the other way around. We start from your mission profile and work backwards into a specification you can sign off.
/ 02
Audited Tier-1 cell manufacturers and pack assemblers. Documented chemistry. Traceable batches. Production reviewed before shipment, not after a complaint.
/ 03
Canadian-side incoming QC on every shipment — capacity testing, internal-resistance verification, visual and dimensional inspection. Packs that fail any of those tests do not leave our warehouse.
/ 04
UN 38.3-eligible packaging, MSDS on file, IATA / IMDG / ADR / TDG routing — to your dock or your integrator's. One Canadian invoice, one escalation path, one warranty owner.
Applications

Co-developed packs under NDA. Private-label and recurring-supply mechanics.
Quality & Compliance
Compliance documentation may include UN 38.3, MSDS, and RoHS declarations depending on the product model and supplier documentation. Final specifications and certifications are confirmed at quotation stage and delivered with each shipment.
Shipping is routed under IATA (air), IMDG (sea), and ADR / Transport Canada TDG (ground), with packaging matched to destination and Wh-rating. Request a compliance briefing →
