What we do

From specification to shipped pack.

Four disciplines. One accountable counterparty. We don't resell cells — we deliver engineered, documented, dangerous-goods-ready energy systems.

/ 01

Engineered

Pack architecture, BMS integration and form factor matched to your UAV platform — not the other way around. We start from your mission profile and work backwards into a specification you can sign off.

/ 02

Sourced

Audited Tier-1 cell manufacturers and pack assemblers. Documented chemistry. Traceable batches. Production reviewed before shipment, not after a complaint.

/ 03

Controlled

Canadian-side incoming QC on every shipment — capacity testing, internal-resistance verification, visual and dimensional inspection. Packs that fail any of those tests do not leave our warehouse.

/ 04

Delivered

UN 38.3-eligible packaging, MSDS on file, IATA / IMDG / ADR / TDG routing — to your dock or your integrator's. One Canadian invoice, one escalation path, one warranty owner.

Quality & Compliance

Lithium UAV batteries are dangerous goods. We treat that as a design constraint.

Compliance documentation may include UN 38.3, MSDS, and RoHS declarations depending on the product model and supplier documentation. Final specifications and certifications are confirmed at quotation stage and delivered with each shipment.

Shipping is routed under IATA (air), IMDG (sea), and ADR / Transport Canada TDG (ground), with packaging matched to destination and Wh-rating. Request a compliance briefing →

UN 38.3 Transport testing Eight-test sequence — altitude, thermal, vibration, shock, short, impact, overcharge, forced discharge.
SDS / MSDS Safety data sheet Chemistry, hazards, handling, storage, transport, first aid, disposal.
RoHS Substance restriction EU 2011/65/EU compliance where applicable to electronic assemblies.
DG PACK Packaging & routing Section II / IA / IB packaging selected by Wh-rating and destination.

How we work

A chain of control — not a black box.

FLYVOLT operates an international sourcing chain anchored in qualified Asian manufacturers and a Canadian quality-control and logistics layer in Quebec. Every shipment passes through Canadian-side inspection before customer release.

01

Specification

We define cell chemistry, pack topology, BMS spec and connector requirements from your mission profile.

02

Manufacturer selection

Qualified Tier-1 Asian manufacturers. Audited facilities, documented processes.

03

Canadian QC

Every shipment inspected in Quebec before release — capacity, IR, visual, DG documentation.

04

Delivery

DG-compliant packaging, one Canadian invoice, full documentation set delivered with the shipment.
