Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed with FLYVOLT Inc. ("FLYVOLT"), a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada. By submitting a purchase order or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. FLYVOLT reserves the right to withdraw or amend a quotation prior to acceptance.

Orders and cancellation

Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance of a FLYVOLT quotation and receipt of any required deposit. Custom-engineered orders may not be cancelled after production has commenced without forfeiture of the deposit and any costs incurred to date.

Dangerous goods

Lithium battery products are dangerous goods. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that receipt, storage, and onward transport of products comply with all applicable regulations in the destination jurisdiction. FLYVOLT will provide applicable transport documentation but cannot accept responsibility for regulatory compliance by the buyer or third-party carriers appointed by the buyer.

Warranty

FLYVOLT warrants that products will conform to the agreed specification at the time of shipment and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in the applicable product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper charging, or storage outside specified conditions.

Limitation of liability

FLYVOLT’s liability under any order is limited to the price paid for the affected products. FLYVOLT is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Quebec.
