The FV-24K-4S UAV Series is FLYVOLT’s core multirotor pack — a 14.8 V / 24,000 mAh configuration engineered for professional quad and hex platforms in the 3–7 kg AUW class. Balanced cell groups, low internal resistance, and a flat discharge profile to 3.5 V/cell make it a reliable workhorse across surveying, inspection, and general commercial UAV operations.

Design intent

The 4S configuration matches the battery input range of the majority of commercial multirotor ESC/motor stacks in the sub-10 kg class. The 24 Ah capacity is sized for 18–25 minute flight endurance on a 5 kg platform with a 500 g payload, depending on weather and rotor efficiency. Cells are arranged in a 4S4P topology to keep discharge current per cell below 5C under continuous load.

Quality and documentation

Each production lot is capacity-tested and internal-resistance verified at our Quebec facility before dispatch. MSDS is provided with every shipment. UN 38.3 test reference is available on request. Packaging complies with IATA Section II for shipments below the 100 Wh threshold by individual pack; consolidated shipments are documented under Section IB.

Configuration options

Available with XT90S or AS150U connectors. BMS balance connector (JST-XH 5-pin) is standard. Smart BMS with UART telemetry output available as a build option — specify at quotation stage. MOQ: 10 units for standard configuration; 25 units for custom connector or BMS variants.
