The FV-100K-12S Industrial is FLYVOLT’s highest-capacity standard configuration — a 44.4 V / 100,000 mAh pack delivering 4,440 Wh for heavy industrial UAV and ground-support applications. Primary applications include tethered drone power buffering, autonomous ground vehicle auxiliary power, and extended-endurance heavy-lift platforms in industrial facility monitoring and critical infrastructure inspection.

Design intent

At 12S, this pack targets the high-voltage input range of industrial-grade UAV platforms and off-board power systems. The 100 Ah capacity is achieved through a high-cell-count parallel arrangement; internal resistance is managed through matched-resistance cell selection at the production stage. The pack is supplied with an integrated active BMS as standard.

BMS and telemetry

Standard BMS provides over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protection per cell group. CAN bus telemetry output (CANopen or DroneCAN — specify at quotation) provides state of charge, state of health, individual cell voltages, pack temperature, and cycle count to the host system. UART output also available.

Logistics and compliance

At 4,440 Wh, this pack is classified as a dangerous good under all transport regulations. FLYVOLT prepares full DG documentation for road delivery under ADR/TDG. Air freight requires advance coordination with the carrier and is subject to airline acceptance. Sea freight under IMDG Class 9 is standard routing for international orders.
