The FV-44K-6S Aerial Work pack is designed for professional hexarotor and large-format multirotor platforms in the 8–15 kg AUW class. At 22.2 V and 44,000 mAh, it delivers approximately 976 Wh in a format sized for aerial work operations — agriculture, heavy-lift logistics, and infrastructure inspection missions requiring 20+ minute endurance under payload.

Design intent

The 6S configuration is the dominant voltage standard for professional-grade aerial work platforms. A 44 Ah capacity with 15C continuous discharge rating gives the pack headroom for aggressive climb and payload-compensated hover without exceeding 0.7C average over a standard mission. Cell chemistry is LiPo high-drain, selected for discharge curve flatness and cycle life at 80% depth of discharge.

Thermal management

The cell arrangement is optimised for passive thermal dissipation at the expected operating current. For sustained high-load operations above 35°C ambient, we recommend active cooling or reduced pack depth of discharge.
